Traffic policemen - collecting bribe everyday!

I am living in Chennai. Everyday i am seeing a Traffic policemen is asking for bribe for every lorry passing thru the Elephant Gate Police Station (Chennai).

This scene was happening everyday. It will better, if anyone helps to get the action against him.
