Speed post not delivered

I had send one speed post from kalbadevi P.O, Mumbai on 3012.09 to USA and i have been told it will reache within 72 hours but till date i.e. 13th January not delivered. Yesterday i enquired to kalbadavi post office the person in charge not responding properly and replied the speed post normally reached 10 to 15 days. What is the use of sending important document through speed post? No one is replying i mailed seneior speed post incharge but no reply from him what should i do?
