Non-receipt of Letters

Dear Sir,

It's pathetic to note that some of the letters that are being sent to 23 Abhinaya Enclave, B Block, 4th Cross Street, Thanikachalam Nagar, Chennai-600110 are lost in transit and not being delivered. A letter (non-registered) containing a First Class/Ac Free travel Pass was sent by the Railway authorities from Kollam (Kerala) on 17.02.10 to my residence at the above said address but upto date I haven't received the same, entailing much financial loss to me. Besides this many other important letters were lost on earlier occasions. I bring this to notice that necessary action may kindly be taken to set things right so that it doesn't appear that The Postal Dept. is still walking in a by-gone era.
