NON RECEIVED THE INSURANCE MONEY AFTER DEATH MY FATHER

Respected Sir,

In this connection it is submitted that my father has been expired before 8 month ago and his name of Data Shankar Tiwari, They had (03) three LIC POLICY that 10 years old LIC Policy and we have submitted the all details of policy paper before one month ago in Patana Branch -.but no any response given the LIC Department. when I asked the LIC Office what happen about my Father policy they told me manager today on the leave.

3. POLICY NO.515697623,

Kindly request to you please solved my above request and release the LIC fund in my mother account
