Dear Sir,

Reg:- LIC policy number 50390886. In favor of Mohinder Paul Singh

dated 28/9/84 (unit office 326)

due on 28/9/09

The above said policy was submitted in original on 23/4 along with claim discharge form. I have not received the payment till date inspite of my personal visits to the office along with numerous telephonic calls made at branch office unit number 326 AsifAli road and Lakshmi nagar office. Every time I am told that either the staff is on leave, register is not tractable or summer holidays are going on.

So now I approach your office to please intervene and expedite the matter.
