Dirty smell in drinking wate

This is to bring into your notice that the drinking water in our area Pratap Nagar, Mayur Vihar phase-1, Delhi-110092 has a very foul smell and it's really difficult to drink it or do any work by using that water. The quatlity of water is so low that I fear of people catching either Typhoid or Jaundice very soon. This may lead to an epidemic very soon.

Hope, that the issue is dealt as fast as possible.
