Dear Sir,

Complaint against Best Bus drivers specifically fo bus route no.470 as not at all stopping between sakinanaka to j b nagar & Andheri Highway after 11:00pm night time were as people expect that they will get the bus at night directly to borivali as their is no other option for travelling, on 24th aug I face a [problem with the Same bus route 470 which comes from Ghatkopar, Driver was not at all botherd about stopping the bus on the stops & as if he only wanted to go home early, it is a very serious matter, please take in to consideration, & one more thing while getting inside a bus if passengers are not yet stepped one foot also on the bus door & they starts the buses suddenly knowing that still passenger is out of the bus.

please do something about the same, it is very dangerous for senior citizens as well as school & college childrens while travelling, no one is bothered about the same.
