Dear Concern,

I am Khomendra Singh, one of your customer using 599 Combo plan broadband services. I am writing this mail in regards to the broadband connection on my telephone number (011-22143296) has been performing erratically since I have taken this connection. The ADSL light never remains stable for more than a minute and starts flickering off and on.

I am writing this mail to you after trying my level best and visiting more than 6 times at Sanchaar Hut to register my complaint but sadly they denied to take my complaint.

I registered a complaint about connection problem to customer care (1504) and they gave me more than 5 complaint numbers in last one and half month. They said the problem is with the frequency on my telephone line and would be rectified in 24 hours. On 10th of March, I have been told my Mr. Tiwari that problem is with my windows. So I changed it immediately and that costs me around Rs. 700 but for no use. Then they said may be the fault is in your laptop, so I bought a new laptop immediately but again for no use.

I have taken this connection on 24th Feb and unfortunately they were able to make it active on 14th March. Do I need to pay the service charges for 18 days as well? After getting activated as well, the speed and connectivity is so bad till now. Apart from it, the customer care is so pathetic and they even don’t listen to customer problem.

I have visited more than 6 times to Sanchaar Hut, karkardooma center; also met Tiwari ji, Mr. Gopal Singh Ji but for no use. I have been told to pay the pending amount bill first of all, after that only they would be able to rectify the error. Moreover, I have been cheated by the customer care by not informing the charges for modem, installation & registration. I have already paid 500 Rs. against the security. Now they are asking me to pay 1162 Rs. just for the month of March & also 764 for the month of March.

It is not possible for me to pay such huge amount, without using net. Anyways, I humbly request you to disconnect my connection by today i.e. 20-Apr-11 and send me the bill for the services only I have used till now. You can also adjust the 500 Rs. (security amount) against the pending bill. Rest I am willing to pay but not for the installation, registration or any modem charges.

I also request you to ask your field team to collect the Modem and phone device from my place as I have already visited no. of times at Sanchaar hut. It costs me 50 Rs. one time from my place to Sanchaar hut.

I hope you will understand my problem & frustration.
