Loss of my original certificates by the travel agent

Sir,

I would like to inform you that my original documents were lost from the hands of the travel agent (www.travelsofindia.com, Shop No 16, Lokmanya Tilak Market, Next To SBI ATM, Opp Apna Bazar, Sector No 1, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400703) on 16/8. This was submitted to him for making new passport for me and my daughters. The following documents were lost:-

1) Birth certificates of my daughters&Aradhana menon & Archana menon

2) SSC passing certificate&-of Aradhana menon

3) SSLC certificate, Marriage certificate, M.D. (Homoeopathy) Degree certificate issued by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik&--of Dr. Neena Suresh Menon

4) Original passport &-of Mr. Suresh Kumar Menon

since that time, we were behind them for getting the new documents or the original documents. The travel agent has complained FIR on 14/9 at vashi railway police station. They have informed about this lost more than one month afterwards and they have not helped us in any form to make a duplicate. we are spending so much money for the making of duplicates. Please help
