Loss of package

This is about Professional Couriers,

2 times in the past they lost my package, however 3rd time also on 29th May they lost the package, this time i decided to launch complaint against this loss with Professional courier. Comlaint number 2436.

The package was shipped from Bangalore to MP. Bangalore customer service updated me that the package is lost and i need to talk to their Branch Manager. I have been talking to Branch manager for the last 5-6 weeks and no outcome yet. i need to ring his cell at least 20 times before he takes up the call, reply i get is, "i'll get back to you in 10 mins" (which never happens)...
