Non Receipt of Gas Cylinder & Back door sale at Premium of domestic LPG

Dear sir

I am consumer of Indian OIl LPG in Indore and my dealer for same is GasoIndane.

Time and again I am facing the problem of non receipt of LPG cylinders for my domestic use despite fact that booking was done over 12 days back. We are told that the cylinders out of stock, whereas the filled LPG cylinders are being sold thru back door in Black (at premium) - this is particularly so at time of festive seasons & end of the year, where LPG cylinders (domestic) are sold to organizers of Christmas & new year parties. Matter had been raise dwith your Local Sales Officer R Moghe/Mehar (exact name not known) but no action has been taken over years

Request some higher officvial to look into the problem for immediate resolution
