To all concerned,

The Roads of South City in Lucknow is miserable moreover the street Lights are not in prper condition, recentely one road leading to Millenium school only be taken care because of high influence of concerned, whereas the resident are contributing their own to construct the road passing by, I am unable to understant then why this House Tax other Taxes residents are paying.

I am sure that even registing this complaint nothing good is going to happen even then what's wrong in trying.
