LUMINOUS UPS 1 KVA
POWER ON/OFF PROBLEMS

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Luminus UPS 1 KVA with 3 battery 12V/26AH (S.No C0CLBB000173-1908) for my PC in 12 Aug - 09 from Aryan Computers & Peripherals, Kanpur with 2 years warranty period but its not working properly. Its ON/OFF switch problems and in this time UPS power is never OFF, UPS continues a small beep and ON. so I want to service Or replace it and i have no customer care No. of Lumius. so please help me.
