NON RECEIPT OF PASSPORT

I applied for passport on 2nd Feb the status given on internet by the passport authority reads' police verification received and it is clear, your passport will be dispatched up to 26th March. Today is 24th May the status on internet is same. Since passport authority has not intimated of incomplete documents submitted with application till date, it is presumed and evident that everything (documents) required are in order. Then why the passport has been not dispatched yet.

Kindly take action without any further delay.
