Pathetic & irresponsible service

On 25th Jan'11 a courier on the name of Mohammed Fareed with docket number 1093551445 was sent from Indore (Madhur courier) to pune (Mohammed Fareed C/O Vcustomer India, 3rd Floor, Nyati Business park, Survey no 9/10, Vadgaon Sehri, Near kalyani Nagar, Pune -411014).

Till today 8th Feb'11 i have not received my docket, i called several time on the mentioned contact numbers 0731-4053215 Indore office, 020-3253281 pune office & there is no response on 0755-4022211 Bhopal office.

I even called Mr Kamal Kotwani 9301463001, no response...

Iam really unhappy & frustrated by the behaviour of this unprofessional & disgusting courier company with whom i unfortunately decided to send my important documents.

I need my complaint to be solved & heared by a person who can assit me ..

No i feel that i was a fool to opt such a horrifying company's service instead opting to Blue dart or DTDC...
