Madhur Courier needs to improve the services as they are very poor comparatively to the other competitor's, First time ever I felt that we are still 10 yrs behind in tecnology and transportation, why it takes more than a week to receive the parcel, though its Madhur Courier services as a whole, however when tracking for a consignment none of the branches would take ownership and would pass you on from pillar to post.

My Consignment number - 7040753388, delivered from AHMEDABAD- RAJKOT to HYDERABAD on 28th April has not been delivered yet, delivery date is of 5th May no one in this world knows where the parcel is, Mumbai branch says it was sent, hyd branch says it has not been received yet!!!

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM BRANCHES, WHY CANT THEY TRACK THEIR OWN CONSIGNMENT! AND UPDATE THE CUSTOMER.

I request that their standards of business should be revisited.
