Forced me to sign on some others traffic violation test report

Dear Sir,

I am Vinod Vanjeri resident of Bommanahalli. On saturday 16th May night I had to pass through the silk board junction to my house. I was stopped by the traffic constable #11217 and asked me to exhale to check the alcohol test and I did so. I am not sure what was the analysis but he asked me from where you are coming and did you booze. I said yes I had a mug of beer then he took my key/vehicle and me to the Madiwala ploice station for alcohol test. There was no one in the room and he took the test. I didn't had a chance to look at the analysis report but I was pretty sure that it's less than 30mg/100ml because I didn't consumed not more than 1 small mug of beer. He didn't say anything, he kept that report in his pocket. He was just asking for my family background and my profession. After some time there were 3-4 people more came for the test and he took 3-4 print outs of alcoholic test analysis print outs. He told me to sign on one of them, I said this report is not mine the one in your pocket is mine. He didn't agree to take that report and show me. I was very calm, soft spoken and just asking for my actual test report. That time there was one inspector I told him as well about the situation. After some discussion I was forced to sign on the analysis report which is not mine. Still I was calmy talking to the inspector and constable # 11217 to show my original test report but he didn't. Finally I challenged them that take one more test of mine and If the alcohol content is near to the fake report then I will pay the double fine and inspector agreed but not the constable. The new test report was 26.7mg/100ml and I said at least now are your convinced? Then they started talking rudely to me and forced me to give DL and other details and took a sign on the form # 298 (7) for violating the traffic rule. I had no option than leaving my vehicle there in the police station and return to my house in Bommanahalli by walk.

So far I had a good impression of traffic police. I payed the fine before also without any argument because I knew that time I voilated the traffic rules. But this time It was shocking to see such a behaviour from them. I am very disappointed by this incident and totally lost a faith in Bangalore police constables. Please requesting you to investigate the situation. I am any time and always available to give required details and identify the constable involved in this.
