Wrong billing for last 6 month

I am getting wrong electricity bill (MSEB) every month from Sep to still, iam using only one lite and tv and 1 fan for 2-3 hours may be fan use about 7-8 hour but i am getting wrong billing every month has same billing and same unit consumtion how it is possible, you can see the billing details as below:
