Over limit of power cut off

Dear Sir,

This is my second complaint against MSEB, Earlier there was load shadding for just 3 hrs but now it has been raised to almost 9 hrs a day why is it so? we are very fed up of these power cut off. if its 3 hrs a day we dont have any problem. but this is going out of limit. Please look into this matter and do nessesary action. hope for the positive action and reply...
