Wrong bill amount

Hi, consumer no: 160235320824, bu 4746 since last 8 months I am out of city and no one is there to my address. But the elec bill consumption shows 44 units and I have complained couple of times but no luck. I paid a heavy amount on this and would like to adjust/Recover. As I am out of city so request you to look into this on priority...
