Goods Delivered after delays - Noone taking any Responsibility to atleast Inform Customer, Missing Goods in Delivery

MANGALAM CARGO - JUST KEEP YOURSELF AWAY FROM THIS WORD...

Managalam Cargo Packers & Movers (D-5, Satya Colony, Tagore Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Phone: 3271744, 9314070744) is a fraud company - None of their commitments or authenticity is trustworthy. I'd registered a Bike from Delhi to Bangalore on 6th Aug and got the contact for them through JUST DIAL SERVICES. We were committed delivery within 5 Days. We never bothered to call them before 12th to ask the status and after that they started giving excuses like its on way, rain, bad roads etc etc. Till 23-24th we believed on these comments but then when harshly asked them the status the Director informed that he was very sorry to tell but Bike was dispatched on 15th Aug due ot some reason and will reach in next 2-3 days. After 30th Aug, sometimes phone were not reachable, they were not attending the call or even if someone cameo n phone, told that he doesnt know the status etc etc...

Now finally on 6th Sep 2010 we got that delivered but Helmet which was sent with Bike was missing, Bike was in damaged condition and above all we have to take the delivery from local warehouse which was about 20 kms from our place whereas the commitment was Delivery at Home.

Even people attending phone calls from their side say: Do whatever you wish, we cant tell anything or even disconnected call during conversations...

Will definately will never recommend anyone to make this mistake which I had already made - MANGALAM CARGO - JUST KEEP YOURSELF AWAY FROM THIS WORD...
