Complaint towards my lost money of INR 71000 from ICICI Bank

I, Arvind Kumar Mishra, staying at Lohegaon, Gurudwara Colony, Pune, had lodged complaint with Cyber Crime Department towards online Fraud happened with my ICICI Banj, Bund Garden Branch, Pune, siphoning money to the extent of INR 71000. This incident happened on 16/08 when I got the message at 1400 Hours stating that your account has been debited.

Bund Garden Police initially did not register my FIR on same day and I had to rush to Cyber Crime. Ultimately afer about 20 days time, the case shifted to Mangaldas Police Chowky where I met PSI Sanadi (about 8 days ago) who assured that everything will be sorted out and we will call you in two day's time.

Now, even after passing 8 days time, I did not got a call and then I decided to meet again personally on 13/09. When I went, he was not there and his Assistant told me that you call me in the afternoon, but when I called him, he informed that they have called Bank employees to give details.

I am shocked that now almost month has passed and nothing has been initiated from Police Side. It's a real embarassment and shows lack of cooperation on their part. I wanted to covey the same to CP Meera Borwankar but not sure how to reach her.

I don't know when I am going to get money as it was my two month's salary. I am left not even with minimum balance to pay my dues. This is my sincere request to kindly look into the matter on priority and do the needful to get my money back.
