Non delivery of my house hold item from Gurgaon to Varanasi

I have sent my house hold item from #572, sector 22 B, Gurgaon to Varanasi (my parents place). I have send on 2nd Jan but it is yet not delivered.

Manglam Cargo Packers & Movers has done this deal with me in 14000 and they have not given any bill. they have given me consignment note of 13000 and said 1000 on cash for labour charges.

They have committed to deliver on 3rd Jan (by evening). It is yet not delivered to Varanasi to my parents place. They are not giving me exact location of my consignment and giving lot of excuses.

I want an action against such fraud company.

Please let me know what best you can do for me in this case.
