I HAD APPLIED MY PASSPORT VIDE STATED APPLICATION NUMBERS IN 2004 IN DELHI OFFICE AND 2007 WITH YOUR OFFICE.

BUT, BECAUSE OF COMPANY WORKERS ACCIDENT CASES IN MY NAME AS FACTORY MANAGER, SAME WAS NOT ISSUED TILL TODATE.

NOW THERE IS NO CASE PENDING IN MY NAME, AS PER POLICE RECORDS certificate enclosed.

Also find a police certificate copy in this connection.

I request you to, please look into this old pending issue with your office either by issuing passport to me or clearing the police report not cleared.
