I have subscribed for one year "TELL ME WHY" with CD on 29.01.2011 via credit card. My subscription ID is 1567491 and Order no is MMP000324332 dated 29.01.2011. Subscription has been authorised by publication, but I have not recieved my copy of Tell me why till 25.04.2011. Manorama have not reply of several mails. manorama publication company is a fraud and "looting" the money of customers. it is a cheap marketing policy to collect money from customers in a well managed way.
Is there any option to complain about such frauds? please tell me.
