Asking of bribe and threat

I am a resident of tiruvalla named mrs marykutty joseph consumer no 6061 of indane gas agency.mathews gas agency.everytime i get a gas cyclinder the delivery man asks for rupees ten extra besides the bill amount.he says he collects ten rupees for every cyclinder and that is his right to do so.nom the price of gas has increased so much and an ordinary housewife finds it difficult to pay rs 422 for a cyclinder .today when he delivered the gas cyclinder again he claimed for his usual bribe and when i refused to give it he became so angry and said ok next time he would not bring it and i have to go to the godown and collect it after paying the bribe.

sir most of the people are facing such difficulties every month from these delivery agenys in such gas agencies.kindly look into this matter and find a solution. after paying the amount in the bill do we have to pay bribe to the delivery man.is it compulsory.kindly put an end to this and take necessary action,
