Garbage heaps scattered on roads!!

When out of the house, standing on the door I could smell those stinky corners and edges of the roads and bylanes in Mandawli, and that is why dengue fever is a big threat in this area!!
Garbage heaps are so stinky that sometimes we could not cross that area!
a big question arises to the counseller of the area.
who has no interest in this matter. So what, that this area has the maximum cases of dengue!!!
ths simply sucks!!!
