Encrochment problem

I would like to draw your kind attention towards huge encroachment in sector-15

Block G, Rohini. Both MLA and Councellor are welll aware of the problem but

Never bother to remove the hurdles.

All the out side area of small parks are captured by the dhobis and footpath by

Shopkeepers. The MLA visits our area twice in a weeks but it is matter of great

Regret that his office (Vijay Properties) built like MIG flat where as it is originally

a Janta flat.

There are four passages in our pocket for vehicle movement. Out of which three

are blocked by the residents by illegal construction as well as parking of

their car/tempo and three wheeler. Most of the residents built THARA and covered

5-6feet area of with JAAL and park their cars in front of JAAL. If the flat owner

Of their opposite side also covered the same size of area and park his car then hardly

Two Feet space remains in the street.

Some flat owners made illegal construction of toilet in the passage area. So Its not

possible to move the car from those passages. Out of four only one passage is used

By the residents for car movement and that is also very thin.

It shows that people are getting support from local political parties leader and making

Livesof others very harsh to live. Neither MCD or DDA official bother to take action against

Such culprits

In case of any emergency its not possible that Fire Brigades/Ambulance etc can not be

entered in our street. So you are reqested to give your directions to the concern staff

for the quick removal of above.
