Illegal construction

I want to bring to the notice of the higest official that illegal construction is going on at M-50 kalkaji new delhi 110019 and no mcd official nor any police official is taking any action in this and it is creating a lot of inconvinence for everybody and how can somebody go away with this as it is going for the last month

please look into this matter as we feel insecure
