Not issuing of ration card which was given for deleting of name

It is to inform that I have submitted my Ration Card No. APL54260804 for deletion of name of my Mother in law, in Narela food and supply office on 25.8. but till date your deptt. has not issued new Ration Card inspite my several requests. Daily they ask me to come after 7-15 days. The behaviour of the staff is very rude.
You are requested to look into the matter personally as the matter has already delayed.
