Illegal construction in DDA Flat No. EU-23B, Uttarti Pitampura

In Flat No. EU-23B, Uttari Pitampura-Delhi 110088, Mr. Narang has started an illegal construction/encroachment in MCD land in a form of Balcony (Chhaja)/extended room. I am residing in ground floor of 18 flat sub block. In this connection I have to say that:

This construction is totally illegal, as per norms of DDA/MCD.

Construction is very risky and a single small tremor will endanger lives of residents (18 families are residing there) when this building will fall down.

All encroachment is being started right in front of my flat (kitchen & front door). Vast public space has been encroached. This brazen illegal activity is being carried out by Shri Narang in connivance with some of the officials of MCD and other authorities. He is openly flaunting his connection in Income Tax, as his wife is working in Income Tax. After completion of this encroachment light and air of my flat will be stopped totally, resulting mental stress and several health problems to family members. I am a heart patient and it will affect my health badly.

I would therefore request you to take immediate stern action against the resident of flat No. EU-23B (1st Floor) Uttari Pitampura, Delhi and pass necessary orders to demolish illegal construction on the Balcony/extended room. Please treat this matter very urgent. I shall be grateful to you.
