Drain and sewage system

I am a citizen of Delhi. We are very badly affected by misuse of drain system by many people of our area for sewage purpose.

In our street, many people uses drain system for sewage due to which we are affected by bad smell, a poor living environment and there is very extreme chance of disease due to this.

We already inform sweepar about this problem but no action has taken so far.

Some people already affected from disease like dengue and malaria due to this. Therefore We are requesting concern authorities please take some necessary step to solve this problem.
