Sewage complaint

Sir it has been a continous pain taking to go and register our complaints in the office in vivek vihar we are working class and have our time to reach office, agreed the mcd people have liberty to come when they want, even then when you go to compalin all the people sitting there are smoking and playing cards, we have been giving our complaints from july onwords, but every time there is an excuse that all the lines are full, who is going to make efforts to free these choked lines.sir you can think of the situation when you fo in the morning for call of nature, and you find the toilets over flowing... i hope you understand the severty of complaint.kindly do what ever is necessary, if possible give us the no.os the juniour eng.so we can also talk to them
