subject: complaint against dogs (plz plz read at once)

In rohini sec3 c-11 / c-13 area dogs were barking at night continuesly.

so i request you to come and take them to jungle area.

tip: sir i have a tip to control dog birth is that catch all (male) dog and put into another cage (or in jungle) and put all (female) dog into another cage.

I am 100% sure it finish streets dogs.
