Illegal Construction in SFS Flats (Sarita Vihar)

My neighbours (A 166, A 167 & A168) are in competition of capturing public land adjacent to building. MCD employees come s for demolition but goes away with little drama and allows house owner to continue with construction.

We don't know, who will be the right authority to approach for stopping this menace in the society.
