With due respect we submit that after completing of 3 rd Floor which was one room set the owner, Gopal aggarwal is building the 4 th floor on the house no . 490, Dr.

Mukharjee nagar which is built with without pillars and which can feld down and can take many lives.

We have reported the matter three times on delhi police control room and two

Times on MCD control cell 01123222797 they have given us complaint no . 4525 and the next day they say we have forwaded to at 666 but no action is taken and the unauthorized construction is going on. All construction going on is illegal and unauthorized. We request you good self to get stop the construction at site and save many lives for further unhappining event can happen.

I shall feel oblige if you could kindly look into the matter personally and kindly instruct the concerned officers / officials to initiate strict action against the defaulting owner. Necessary order may please passed in connection with demolition of unauthorized / illegal construction which is / was being carried out by the owner of the said property at 3 rd floor, 4th floor & fifty floor.

Your earlier action will be highly appreciated.
