Subject: illegal construction of 3rd floor (4th floor) in 1127/A, Rani Bagh, Delhi-110034

Sir,

Illegal construction has started on 4th floor of above said property and they have also covered the balcony with making room (4 feet wide) on 1st, 2nd & 3rd Floor at back street which is already narrow. So it will create unhealthy and dangerous conditions for the neighbourers. MCD department already stopped the construction once but they gone beyond the order absolutely violation of the building bye laws. The said owner still doing the construction work in full swing.

In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that the directions may kindly be sued to stop the construction of 3rd floor (4th floor) and demolition of balconies on 1st and 2nd floor also with immediate effect.
