Un-authorized Construction at Plot No. WZ-155, GALI No.7-8, KRISHNA PARK, TILAK NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110018.

Sir,

The Un-authorized construction is taking place at Property No. WZ-155, Gali No.7-8, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018 after the demolition done by M.C.D department on 11-05.The construction is without any permission by M.C.D. and is without any building by-laws and sanctioned plan as stated by M.C.D in a reply to an R.T.I.

Some Bad-elements are using muscle power for Re-construction on the same plot; since the action taken report has been furnished by the M.C.D that the construction is stop.

A Group of Builders, who has been nexus with the land owner are trying to re-commence the construction work with the help of bad-elements.

I therefore request you Kindly once again intervene in this matter and take appropriate action, so that rest of the people who are looking for the Un-authorized Construction may be aware & hearsome accordingly.
