NON CLEANING OF DRAIN

Respected Sir,

A drain was to be constructed from Nawada Industrial Area to Hastsal Village, a long back.

The drain was only constructed from Nawada to OM Vihar Phase-5.till but after that no further job has been done.

During rainy season, the dirty water of Nawada and other areas comes in drain up to Om Vihar Phase-5, which is the last point of drain and starts spreading in all streets of OM Vihar Phase-5.The residents of Om Vihr Phase-5 facing great hardship due to this problem. Sometimes the water enters into various Low Level Houses.

Complaints are being made regularly with MCD and othes. The JE concerned, MCD contacted and expressed his inability to provide and help till the drain work upto Hastsal completes, when requested for bringing sewerage tank and pump to collect spreaded water from streets of Om Vihar Phase-5 ('D' BLOCK) the JE told that there is NO such Tank available in MCD (WEST ZONE).

In view of above, I am of the opinion that if any prompt action is not taken in the matter there is every possibilty of spreading various disesses in the area.

At last, I am to mention that I shall be greatful if Senior Officers concerned are directed to visit the area and provide relief to resdients without any further delay.
