Subject: Complaint against the sweeper

Sir,

With due respect we hereby request to brought in the notice of you regarding the irregularity of sweeper at A-Block pkt-11 flat no-49 to 96, Sector-18, Rohini, Delhi-89.

This sweeper doesn’t come on regular basis and never clean the area of said flat. There is heep of garbage collected since three weeks but irrespective of informing, he doesn’t clean it. He even doesn’t clean the drains during rainy season.

You are requested to look into this matter on top priority and take necessary action against the person responsible for it.
