Cleaning of roads and drains

Sir,
My house no. is F-19/B, gali no.12, Raja Puri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59. and I have not seen any safai karamchari doing his/her duty of cleaning road/drains in front of my house/neighbours. We have to make request ever we see them nearby but they refuse to do cleaning as they say that the area is not allotted to them. We have to make private arrangements for cleaning of the above said areas. Please do something to solve this problem permanently.
