Sir,

i wand to bring in your kind notice that more that illegal & unauthorised multi- storied constructions over more than 30 properties/ plots are being carried out in Mahendru Enclave colony within the civil line zone without any sanction building plan or permission from m c d or other authority. regarding this several complaints have been made to the Dy. Commissioner & other concerned higher officials of Civil line zone but all in vein, consequently no action has been taken till now. it is also leaned that the alleged officials of of the civil line zone have collected crores of rupees from the the people those are carrying our the said illegal and unauthorized constructions in the said Mahendru Enclave colony, with the result they are not taking any action against the reported illegal constructions.
