Lockage of sewe

I'm R.K.Sethi, the house owner of 5/148 d.d.a flats, garhi, east of kailash, new delhi, 110065.

i'm having problems with the sewer system of our society... the whole block's sewer is blocked from past two months and we have made numerous complaints to the J.E. Mr. Sharma but have not recieved any response from him even after making so many complaints. now, he has also stopped answering our calls.
