Locked drain fruite seller caused jam

sir sagar live bhola nath nagar tezab mlill chock there is dhaba at the chock and the drain along with the dhaba had been block and creating foul smell the sweeper use to come once a month that is not sufficient it does require regular cleaning otherwise you can not stand there due to smell. It just looks that It need repairing also. The dhaba's garbage and the fruit seller's garbage are always dumped there. you please do some thing for it. I think there is some challan or other panelty way.

I, therefor requesting you to have a action against them.
