Sub: Complaint against Mr. Hitesh Bhasin & others for encroachment, unauthorized construction & blockage of Sewerage & water pipe lines in property No. S-17 (Ground Floor) West Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110008.

Sir,

It is to bring to your kind notice that I, Smt. Prem Devi wife of Late Shri Lekh Raj is the absolute, rightful owner and in possession of S- 18 (First Floor & Second Floor) at West Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110008. I am living peacefully at above premises from the last so many years. My elder son Mr. Varinder Kumar have been residing on the first floor and on the second floor my younger son Mr. Surinder Kumar have been residing with his family members, and I am residing with my my younger son Mr. Surinder Kumar.

Before six months ago, the above person (Hitesh Bhasin), who is builder by profession, had purchased the Ground floor, i.e. S-17, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, and constructed the ground floor, and converting the residential property into commercial by constructing four shops.

Due to above construction, my sewerage & Water pipe lines are blocked, and my old Lenter has also broken due to this construction, and Now he has threatening and harassing me to face dire consequence, if I will register my complaint with any appropriate authority. In the absence of Male family members, he has adopted all the irregularities & unlawful ways with the support of their well-wishers and another builder person also.

Sir, I am law abiding Senior citizen lady aged more than 80 years, do not want to quarrel anybody, and in these connection so many times, personally I requested him to solve my sewerage & water problem, which created lot of difficulties for the inhabitants of upper floors, and constructed their portion as per law without creating any damage & trouble for anothers, but he don’t want to listen anything and continuously violating all the rules – regulations and refuse to do any favorable action to solve the matter.

I have already register my complaint with Deputy Commissioner –MCD- Karol Bagh Zone, New Delhi-110005 on dt 23.10.2009 and other concerned deptt, but disappointed to inform you, that no action taken by the official concerned, the reason best known to them.

In view of above circumstances, it is requested to kindly look in the matter sympathically and taken appropriate legal proceeding as per law against the above person for the interest of Justice and protect the life & property of myself and my family members.

I shall remain grateful for your co-operation and kind act.
