I am the owner of DDA Flat No. 466, Pocket-F, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi-110076
Two floors above my flat is flat no. 468, Pocket-F, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi-110076
The owner of Flat No. 468, Pocket-F, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi-110076 is presently carrying out illegal construction in a massive way in their flat thus causing obstruction to natural light and free flow of air to my flat. Apart from this it has spoiled the outlook of the block.
This illegal construction that has objection from the neighbourhood should be demolished immediately by MCD.
With this complaint an immediate action is required to stop further illegal construction but also to demolish illegal construction carried out so far.
