Installation of tree guard

A 12 years olf neem tree in front of house no. 11027 Road no. 29 WEA Sat nagar karol Bagh New Delhi 5 fell down during last monsoon two month back now we have planted a new tree at same place and it is requested to the concerened authorities to install a tree guard for the safety of new plant. a complaint no.2695 dated 08/10/10 is already loadged at the control room of Karol Bagh MCD Zone office but no body paid heed on that. request for an early action in this regard.
