MCD House Tax

I have been filing my MCD propert tax on line since last two years. When I wanted to file the return this year I am being informed that password invalid. As per my record the password have been same. I tried in many ways. MCD also have no system to find/revive the forgotten password. It is strange. All the site that MCD have in the portal does not have a simple system to help this.

Can you please help and resolve. My property ID is '018196419080'. My Flat is at Vasundhara Enclave.
