Encroachment/illegal construction

Many residents of Ambika Apartment, Plot No - 5, Sector - 14 have already carried out illegal constructions and encroachment on the common space of the society. It is to be noted that Ambika Apartment is a multi-storied apartment and any illegal construction could possibly cause severe damage to the structure. The office of the Ambika Apartment has logged many complaints in this regard to the MCD office to take action against the illegal constructions. But so far no action has been taken. I would like to request MCD to take suitable action against such activities that could possibly be causing damage to the structure of the Amibika Apartment building.

I suppose this (illegal constructions in Cooperative Group Housing Societies) is increasing and MCD should take immediate and action against all such illegal constructions.
