Dug Up Streets/Water Logging/Street Dogs

1) The street near the Water Gallery was dug up recently for laying a water pipeline, but the surplus earth was not removed resulting in blocking of the entire street.
2) This has also resulted in the blockage of the drain causing water logging at the other end of the street thus hampering movement of all residents along that street
3) There are innumerous stray dogs in the locality who are a general threat to the population. Some of these dogs even climb up to the top floor and block the staircase causing inconvenience to the residents. Moreover, they defeacate all along the roads and streets which leads to a very unhygenic condition. These dogs freely roam on the top of the water gallery and are seen defeacting on the water tank roof which is unacceptable.
Kindly look into the matter on priority.
